With positive feedback received last year, HSBC will continue to provide HKD20 and HKD50 good-as-new notes for withdrawal via selected ATMs between 14 and 20 January 2025. The service will be available at Express Banking outlets in the Mong Kok Branch, Kwun Tong Branch and Tuen Mun Town Plaza Branch, as well as the ATMs on the three mobile branches1 visiting 18 public housing estates across the city.
At the same time, new and good-as-new notes will be available for exchange across HSBC’s retail outlets from 14 to 28 January 2025. Customers can make online booking starting 7 January 2025 to reduce queuing time.
