HSBC named “Best Bank in Hong Kong” by Euromoney

HSBC has once again been recognised as the “Best Bank in Hong Kong” at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2025, marking an impressive record of holding this title over 26 years.

The Bank has won five awards in total for its performance in Hong Kong. These achievements coincide with HSBC’s 160th anniversary in Hong Kong, underscoring the bank’s unwavering commitment to customer-centricity, technological innovation and service excellence.

Luanne Lim, Chief Executive Officer, Hong Kong, HSBC, stated: “This award is a double celebration for us in our 160th anniversary year. It reflects the dedication of our teams and the trust our customers have placed in us over the years.”

In this year’s Euromoney Awards for Excellence, HSBC is the most awarded bank in Asia, winning 23 accolades including Asia’s Best Bank for Large Corporates and Best Bank for Securities Services. In Hong Kong, HSBC is also awarded Best Bank for Large Corporates, Best Bank for Sustainable Finance, Best Investment Bank for Debt Capital Markets. For the second consecutive year, HSBC was also named Best Bank for Diversity and Inclusion, highlighting its efforts to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
